Scaling visual systems for a multi-channel B2B retail platform

Problem area
Designing consistent, high-volume marketing assets for diverse stakeholders.
The core challenge was not creating individual assets, but designing systems and workflows that could scale across channels, campaigns, and partners, while maintaining the brand’s premium positioning and visual consistency.
Design goals
What I aimed to achieve
Consistency
Assets had to work across digital, print, and physical retail while preserving a premium brand identity.
Design decision 01
Building scalable visual systems for speed, consistency, and flexibility.
I focused on reusable layouts, typography hierarchies, and modular components rather than standalone designs. This allowed marketing assets to scale across campaigns and channels without visual drift.
Design decision 02
Direct Mail & Print Materials
To further increase its brand awareness, I also created Gabriel & Co. direct print marketing materials for their trunk shows and trade show events, where the company also showcased its jewelry pieces and handed out these marketing collaterals to attendees. Postcards, Brochures, Catalogs, flyers, and more were designed for theses purposes.
1. Testing mode indicator
It reassures business owners they can explore the feature safely without being charged.
2. Context message
It reduces business owners anxiety about their real data being used in the feature demo.
3. Upgrade banner
It encourages business owners to activate the full version by giving a clear offer breakdown.
Design decision 03
Digital Marketing
The goal was to enhance Gabriel & Co.'s online presence, increase website traffic, and establish the brand as a trusted authority in the jewelry industry. I achieved this by designing captivating web banners that highlighted their exquisite collections, creating an informative e-book to educate customers on selecting the perfect jewelry, and producing engaging promo videos that aligned with the brand’s tone and marketing strategy. These efforts attracted new customers, strengthened brand loyalty, and reinforced Gabriel & Co.'s position in the market.
